Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Information The services offered by our company are within the scope of digital content services and are services that are performed instantly and delivered directly to the consumer.

2. Cancellation of Service Cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or contact form within 1 hour after placing the order. If the service has not started, the cancellation is accepted.

3. Refund Conditions: Cancellation or refund is not possible after the service has started. If the service cannot be completed due to technical reasons such as comments not being published, the user will be fully refunded or an equivalent service will be provided.

4. Return Process If the return is approved, payments will be made to the user's account within 7 business days.
